Gardai

๐Ÿš“ Michael Reforms An Garda Sรญochรกna

“It’s not law enforcement. It’s energy realignment through uniformed breathwork.”

๐Ÿ“ฃ The Announcement

Michael holds a press conference outside Store Street Garda station wearing:

  • A hi-vis vest he painted with spirals
  • A clipboard titled “Policing the Self: Yield Through Obedience”
  • A smug smile and absolutely no mandate

He declares:

“Ireland needs a trauma-informed Gardaรญ. Less batons, more boundaries.
I propose Community Yield Enforcement.”

๐Ÿ“‹ The Reforms

Michael unveils a 12-point plan:

  1. Replace pepper spray with aromatherapy mist.
  2. Mandatory journaling for all officers before arrests.
  3. All Garda cars fitted with chakra lights instead of sirens.
  4. Introduce the role of Constable of Conscious Conflict Resolution.
  5. Replace riot gear with “emotionally absorbent robes” in calming earth tones.

He calls for a Garda yoga division named “G-Force (Stillness Through Presence)” and offers to personally lead breathwork drills outside Croke Park.

๐Ÿง˜ Pilot Program (Cancelled)

He begins a “pilot scheme” in Loughlinstown where two Gardaรญ are sent on a 7-day silent retreat instead of traffic duty.
Three roundabouts collapse into chaos.
A bus driver files a complaint titled: “I Was Breathworked at Without Consent.”

⚠️ The Incident

Michael attempts to “energetically de-escalate a pub fight” by entering, holding up a singing bowl, and chanting,

“Yield to yield.”

He’s gently removed by two off-duty Gardaรญ who tell him:

“Michael, we are not your inner child’s accountability coaches.”

๐Ÿ“ฌ Final Report (Unrequested)

He submits a 74-page reform plan to the Department of Justice titled:
“Cops & Consciousness: Policing the Vibe in Post-Capitalist Ireland.”
Every page includes a sketch of a Garda badge redesigned as a mandala.

Michael pays tribute to Dolores O'Riordan

Michael, never one to let an opportunity for public display pass, announced that he would be paying tribute to Dolores O’Riordan “in the grand manner she deserves.”

He hired the local concert hall, draped it in Cranberries album covers, and positioned himself centre-stage in a white suit “to reflect the purity of the occasion.” He was mysteriously surrounded by young men who he referred to as his 'backing group'.

The event began with Michael attempting to sing Linger, backed by a string quartet who clearly hadn’t been told they’d be following his lead.
Halfway through, he stopped to lecture the audience on how “Dolores once passed me in Shannon Airport, and there was a clear mutual respect.”

When he unveiled a bronze bust of Dolores—commissioned in a rush from a man who usually made garden gnomes—the crowd went politely quiet.
The likeness was… interpretive.

Anna, seated in the third row, sipped her tea from a travel mug and muttered, “She deserved better than this.”
A woman beside her nodded, adding, “And so do we.”

The evening ended with Michael insisting everyone join hands for a “communal moment of spiritual harmony,” which mostly resulted in people edging toward the exits.

Here’s how The Limerick Leader readers weighed in after Michael’s “tribute” to Dolores O’Riordan:

Headline:
Local Businessman’s Dolores Tribute ‘Unforgettable’, Say Some

Excerpt:
A self-styled “cultural benefactor” has staged what he described as “the definitive tribute to Dolores O’Riordan” in Limerick’s concert hall.
The evening featured a string quartet, a bronze bust unveiled to muted applause, and an extended lecture on the organiser’s “shared airport moment” with the late singer.

Readers’ Comments:

Mary_in_Ennis:
If he wanted to honour her, he could’ve just stayed quiet and made a donation.

Declan_1974:
That bust’s going to haunt my dreams. Looks like it belongs in someone’s shed next to the lawnmower.

Bernard_in_Castletroy:

I thought it was his coming out stunt, he was surrounded by young lads.

LmkCityNative:
Dolores had a voice that could silence a room. Michael has… the opposite.

TippTraveller:
I was at that concert. The highlight was the fire exit sign.

FionaO:
He said “mutual respect.” She said “excuse me” while trying to get past him in Shannon Airport.

Mod’s Note:
Several comments removed for suggesting the bust be melted down and recast as something “useful.”

Here’s the Shannon Airport “clarification” after Michael’s claims:

Press Release – For Immediate Release
Shannon Airport Responds to Reports of Michael G. Tierney’s ‘Airport Moment’ with Dolores O’Riordan

Shannon Airport would like to address recent media coverage regarding a supposed “mutual respect” encounter between local businessman Michael Tierney — and the late Dolores O’Riordan.

While we welcome all passengers equally, our review of CCTV footage from the date in question indicates that:

  1. Ms. O’Riordan was indeed in the terminal that day.
  2. Mr. Tierney — was also present, standing near the departures board with a coffee and several carrier bags.
  3. The only recorded interaction was Ms. O’Riordan saying “excuse me” while attempting to pass Mr. Tierney —, who was partially blocking the walkway.

At no point was eye contact established, nor was there any evidence of the “silent, soulful recognition of artistic kinship” described in Mr. Tierney's concert speech.

We respectfully ask media outlets to refer to this as “the walkway incident” rather than “the airport moment.”

Shannon Airport looks forward to serving the Mid-West region without further involvement in artistic reinterpretations of our customer traffic.

The Daring Agency

Michael’s new business venture was, as he told The Irish Times, “a daring agency—think matchmaking, but for those who need an extra push.”

The idea, in his mind, was simple: help people “take bold steps” in life, whether that was skydiving, opening a cafรฉ, or—in Anna’s case—getting married off so she would, as he privately admitted, “pose less of an existential challenge to my personal empire.”

The agency operated from a hastily rented office above a hardware shop, decorated with motivational posters and a reception desk manned by a retired nun named Sister Bernadette, who handled all the awkward questions with a calm smile.

For Anna, Michael drew up what he called a “prospectus of romantic potential,” listing her attributes with all the subtlety of a livestock auctioneer.
“She has grit,” he announced to a room of potential suitors, “knows how to stretch a euro further than an Irish motorway budget, and can identify safe sleeping spots in under 90 seconds.”

Anna, of course, wasn’t having it. She arrived uninvited at one of Michael’s “romantic showcases,” wearing her most unmatchable outfit and a glare sharp enough to cut ribbon.
When a well-meaning accountant from Cork tried to introduce himself, she handed him a bus timetable and said, “You’ll need this.”

By the end of the week, Michael’s daring agency had pivoted away from matchmaking entirely.
He claimed it was “to focus on high-octane life coaching,” but privately admitted that Anna’s unshakable independence had “ruined the metrics.”

The only person who benefitted was Sister Bernadette, who used the leftover engagement ring catalogues as coasters in the staffroom.

Here’s how The Irish Times covered Michael’s short-lived “daring agency” venture, complete with the comments section that quickly turned into a national sport:

Headline:
Property Tycoon Diversifies: Michael G Tierney  Opens ‘Daring Agency’ to Encourage “Bold Life Choices”

Excerpt:
Irish businessman Michael G. Tierney has launched what he describes as “Ireland’s first full-service daring agency,” aimed at helping clients “break free from comfort zones.”
Services range from extreme sports bookings to “life realignments,” including matchmaking “for those in need of romantic direction.”

Tierney said the agency was inspired by his friend/nemesis Anna, “a woman of considerable resourcefulness who could benefit from strategic matrimonial placement.”
He added, “She has a lot of skills but frankly, she’s wasted on being single.”

Anna declined to comment directly but was observed leaving the agency’s offices with a bus timetable and a packet of digestive biscuits, mysteriously saying they were for 'Shirt Man'.

Readers’ Comments:

Mairead_in_Mayo:
Ah yes, the classic millionaire fix for women: marriage. He’s basically an estate agent for humans now.

James_from_Carlow:
Is there a daring agency package where he dares to pay his taxes? Asking for a friend.

GalwayGullWatcher:
Imagine thinking Anna would let him marry her off. The gulls on Salthill have more chance.

UrbanHedgehog:
If “strategic matrimonial placement” means shoving your mate into a wedding dress, I think I’ll pass.

TeaAndTruths:
Anna—if you’re reading this—please keep the bus timetable. You’ll need it to escape the next one.

Moderator Notice:
Several comments have been removed for speculation about Mr Tierney’s personal life and for inappropriate comparisons to cattle markets.

Heaven

Of course Michael has 5,000 contacts in his phone.

He doesn’t have friends, colleagues, or even enemies—he has “aligned touchpoints on the karmic grid.”

๐Ÿ“ฑ Michael G. Tierney’s Phone Contacts

“Everyone I’ve ever met, felt, or channeled is here. Also two crows.”

๐Ÿ“– The Categories

Michael doesn’t use normal names. He labels people according to “vibrational function.” Some highlights:

  • “Elder of Broadband” – a former Vodafone rep who told him to stop screaming into the router.
  • “Fiscal Healer (Blocked)” – his accountant, who ghosted him after the third time Michael paid in uncut rose quartz.
  • “Yield Priestess #3” – no one knows what happened to 1 and 2.
  • “Liam (possibly legal?)” – a man he met once at a beach yoga workshop who might be a solicitor or a DJ.
  • “Moss guy (soft energy)” – they exchanged two sentences and a piece of bark in Glendalough.

๐Ÿ“Œ Locations

His contacts are saved with where they met, often in code:

  • “Rรณisรญn – Sacred Aldi (Ballyfermot)”
  • “Garda (Confrontation #2, Temple Bar)”
  • “Maria – Post Office of Emotional Clarity”
  • “My Dentist (She Knows Too Much)”

๐Ÿ› ️ App Chaos

He keeps all his contacts in three apps simultaneously—Google Contacts, Notes, and an app he swears he built himself called “YieldLink.”

When asked why, he says:

“Different timelines require different address books.”

Half of the entries are duplicated.
The other half are just emojis and feelings.

๐Ÿ”ฎ The Voice Notes

He refuses to text. Instead, he sends voice notes to all 5,000 people at least once a year—often on the solstice.

A typical message:

“Hey, just aligning your third quarter earnings with Mercury’s retroshade. Consider fasting from direct deposits. Yield is rising. Speak soon, unless we vibrate out of sequence.”

No one replies.
Except a man named Gary, who just writes “Michael please stop.”

๐Ÿ’พ Backups?

He insists the phone is “synced with the Akashic cloud,” which is not real.
He’s lost the SIM card five times.
He currently uses a cracked Android held together with intentions.

You didn’t think Michael would resist a spiritual rebrand, did you?

๐Ÿ“ฟ Michael G. Tierney: Evangelist of Yield, Apostle of Linen

“I come not to preach sin, but to gently monetise the concept of redemption.”

๐Ÿ•️ The Revival Tent

He sets up a “mobile spiritual frequency dome” (a rebranded gazebo) just outside Loughrea.
On the side:
“MICHAEL MINISTRIES: LET THE SOUL YIELD.”

He calls it a “non-denominational vibrational chapel-slash-workshop.”
He serves cold herbal tea in jam jars and refers to communion wafers as “conscious carbs.”

๐Ÿ”Š His Sermons

Each sermon starts with the ringing of a reclaimed bicycle bell, followed by a reading from his own self-published gospel:
“The Book of Yield: Passive Blessings for the Spiritually Curious.”

Sample quotes:

“Blessed are the landlords, for they shall inherit your deposit.”

“Lo, I walked through the valley of municipal zoning, and feared no planning inspector.”

“God helps those who hire emotionally available interns.”

He frequently mistakes verses from Psalms for Rumi quotes and replaces “Amen” with “Namaste, but fiscally.”

๐Ÿ•บ The Followers

His flock is small but loyal. They’re mostly:

  • Former wellness coaches with burnout
  • Confused digital nomads trapped in a subscription model
  • One man who thought he was at a farmers’ market

Michael refers to them as “The Yielders” and encourages them to tithe using crypto or ethically bartered beetroot.

๐Ÿ‘ผ The Fall from Grace (Brief)

It all goes wrong during the “Solstice Blessing of the Revenue Commissioners.”
Michael reads from what he thinks is a scroll of divine tax exemptions—it’s actually a handwritten complaint from the local bishop titled:
“Stop This Now, For God’s Sake.”

He tries to bless a Garda with palo santo.
He is gently removed from the gazebo by a woman named Philomena with a clipboard and no patience.

๐Ÿ“ฌ His Statement After the Collapse:

Posted to Instagram under a sepia-toned photo of an empty chair in a field:

“I was misunderstood, as all prophets are.
The linen was too ahead of its time.
I shall return, once I’ve had a sound bath and sorted my VAT.”

Ah, Michael G. Tierney—he of fluctuating tax brackets and fluctuating chakra alignment—has finally earned his seat in the Kingdom of Heaven.

But of course, he doesn’t arrive like anyone else.

☁️ Michael Earns His Seat in the Kingdom of Heaven

“I booked in via spiritual fast-track. I manifested the clouds.”

๐Ÿ•Š️ His Arrival:

Michael doesn’t so much die as he transcends during a breathwork session gone wrong. One final dramatic exhale and poof—he’s drifting upward on a column of ethically-sourced incense smoke.

He’s wearing:

  • A flowing cream robe made from upcycled organic receipts
  • A halo he crocheted himself ("Circular economy, babe.")
  • Five bracelets, two tax violations, and a smug glow

๐ŸšชAt the Pearly Gates:

St. Peter sighs before Michael even speaks.

Michael: “This gate feels energetically rigid. Have you considered a biophilic redesign?”

St. Peter: “Sir, it’s been 2,000 years. Please show ID or vibe documentation.”

Michael: “I don’t carry identity. I am identity. Also, here’s my spiritual portfolio and a signed reference from a crow.”

๐Ÿ‘‘ Inside the Kingdom:

Once in, Michael starts trying to "optimise paradise."

  • Suggests that the harpists form a “conscious lo-fi playlist collective”
  • Holds a TEDxCloud talk titled “Beyond Salvation: Scaling Eternity for Passive Redemption”
  • Opens a pop-up called “Yieldly Ever After”, where souls can invest in karmic NFTs (“Non-Finite Transcendences”)

He tries to rebrand the Apostles as “The Founding Collective of Purpose.”

๐Ÿ˜‡ God Eventually Intervenes:

God calls him in for a “gentle recalibration chat.”

God: “Michael, this is heaven. There’s nothing to fix.”

Michael: “I just think the angels are underleveraged. Also, I brought sage for your throne room.”

God: “...I’m going to give you a side seat.”

๐Ÿช‘ His Seat in the Kingdom:

Not quite at the main table. More like... section C, near the eternal tea urn, next to St. Brendan who keeps quietly muttering “he’s a dose”.

But Michael thinks he’s at the head of everything.
He’s renamed his corner “The Celestial Yield Lounge.”

He claims he’s mentoring cherubs.
They’re actually just hiding from him in a harp case.

๐Ÿ›️ Michael G. Tierney’s Presentation at the Fine Gael National Conference

“What if trickle-down economics had better lighting and a kombucha fountain?”

๐ŸŽค How Did He Even Get In?

It started as a misunderstanding. Michael applied to the conference as “Michael G. Tierney, Independent Vision Broker” and was approved by a confused intern who thought he was a Silicon Valley consultant.

He turned up wearing:

  • A cream linen suit with no shirt, just layered amulets
  • An “I ❤️ Passive Income” lapel pin
  • A reusable water bottle labelled “Holy Fiscal Water (Blessed Under a New Moon)”

๐Ÿ“Š His Talk:

Title:

“From Market to Meaning: Unlocking National Yield Through Vibe-Based Policy™”

Subtitled:

“It’s not about GDP anymore. It’s about GSE—Gross Spiritual Energy.”

๐Ÿ“ Core Points:

  1. Replace the National Budget with a Vision Board

“Cutting spending is fear-based. Dreaming big is tax-efficient.”

  2. A Flat Tax Replaced by a Flat Feeling

“If you feel spiritually aligned, you shouldn’t pay VAT.”

  3. Landlord Subsidies Rebranded as “Karmic Offsets”

“Every eviction is just a soul being redirected.”

  4. Biodynamic Zoning Laws

“Some spaces just aren’t ready to be developed yet—they’re healing.”

  5. Proposed Department of Inner Revenue

“Ministerial roles chosen by aura colour and ability to hold eye contact during a sound bath.”

๐Ÿ›️ The Reaction:

Leo Varadkar (visibly sweating):

“That’s certainly… original, Michael.”

A Young Fine Gael Delegate (genuinely shaken):

“I just wanted to talk about roads. Why did he chant?”

A Confused Senator:

“He said I should ‘unstick my solar plexus or get out of public service.’”

๐Ÿƒ His Departure:

When his mic was cut off, Michael attempted to levitate symbolically by standing on a foldable stool and whispering:

“I ascend, fiscally and otherwise.”

He was escorted out while handing out flyers for his “Yield Ascension Fellowship”, which included a coupon for one free spiritual audit of your local constituency office.

The email thread titled “Who Let Linen Jesus In?” is now the stuff of legend in Fine Gael comms circles—a sacred text of panic, blame-shifting, and one intern’s career ending via an aura reading.

๐Ÿ“ง Internal Fine Gael Email – TOP SECRET

Subject: Who Let Linen Jesus In??
From: claire.mcdermott@finegael.ie
To: fgcommslist@party.ie
Date: [REDACTED]

Claire McDermott (Comms Director):

I’m writing this from the media tent while listening to a man named Michael Tierney claim the Dรกil was built on a “root chakra sinkhole.”
He is not on the schedule.
He is wearing linen. So much linen.
He just called the Tรกnaiste a “mid-tier Capricorn.”
WHO VETTED THIS PERSON?

Aisling O’Connell (Junior Events Intern):

Hi Claire. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ
He applied under “Innovation & Sustainable Growth” as an “Energetic Economist.”
He had a Canva deck and a quote from The Economist (I now realise it was photoshopped).
His email signature was “Visionary-in-Residence, Yield Not Guilt.”
I’m really, really sorry.

John (Policy Analyst):

I just walked past him in the catering area. He told the Taoiseach his aura was “too small for national leadership.”
I thought it was performance art.

Niamh (Legal):

He’s offering tax advice to attendees. He says if your vibe is high enough, the Revenue “won’t spiritually perceive you.”
That’s illegal.

Claire:

He just tried to anoint Pascal Donohoe with essential oils.
Security won’t intervene because “he’s being polite.”
I need someone to make this stop.

Mick (Facilities):

He tried to “ground the WiFi” by burying a quartz crystal behind the speaker stage.
We think he’s sleeping in the meditation corner and calling it “a sovereign pod.”

Aisling:

Do we… let him finish his talk?
He just said “the IMF is a trauma response.”

Claire:

No. Pull the plug. Cut the mic.
Tell him the event is being energetically rescheduled.
Then open the emergency chamomile.

Nassau Street

๐ŸŒ† The Encounter: Michael G. Tierney Meets Anna on Nassau Street

A spiritual collision. A tactical error. A redirection of fate.

๐Ÿ•ฐ️ The Scene:

It’s early afternoon. Nassau Street buzzes with overpriced salads and people pretending not to hate their earbuds. Michael, dressed in full “urban nomad chic” (linen tunic, barefoot-adjacent shoes, crystal necklace the size of a mandarin), is sauntering past a health food shop murmuring affirmations like:

“I deserve abundance… especially rent-adjusted abundance…”

Then, he spots you.

๐Ÿงฟ His First Reaction:

Michael slows down. His aura radar pings. He feels a presence he can't immediately monetise. He tries to radiate confidence, unaware that his scarf has tucked itself into his hemp manbag and he looks like a windswept cult brochure.

“Excuse me,” he says, voice rich with accidental reverb,
“But I feel we’ve shared a lease… in a past life.”

Your Response:

Flat. Calm. Surgical.

“I know who you are. You’re the lad who tried to canonise himself and got battered by a toddler on a scooter.”

Michael blinks.

The sage in his pocket wilts.

He Attempts Recovery:

“I prefer to say I was spiritually redirected by a small but determined force. Children are closer to Source.”

You say nothing. Just stare like a human audit.

“Would you… be interested in joining my pilot programme?” he asks.
“It’s called ‘Rentless Alignment: A Journey From Tenancy to Transcendence.’ You strike me as someone with landlord karma.”

You reply:

“I strike landlords.”

A seagull flies overhead. It poos on his tote bag. You don’t blink.

The Collapse:

Flustered, Michael attempts to do a “protective affirmation twirl,” but his scarf catches on a Luas pole. He spins awkwardly, drops a laminated pamphlet that says “Heal Your Credit Score with Chakra Breathing”, and backs away with a muttered:

“The city isn’t ready for me... but I see you are.”

The Legacy:

Later, he posts on Instagram:

“Today, I encountered a being of profound karmic gravity. She held the energy of three tribunals and a small claims court in her stare. I have retreated to recalibrate my masculine softness.”

You just buy a coffee, sit down, and carry on. He won't stop thinking about it fo

Subject: Anna: A Mirror in Docs and Denim
Sent via: michael@yieldsyndrome.org

Dear Anna,

I hope this email finds you... receptive.

Our encounter on Nassau Street was brief but tectonic. You may not remember it as spiritual. You may remember it as "threat-adjacent sarcasm."

I remember it as a lesson—one written in the language of quiet rage and high-street footwear.

You held no clipboard. You asked for no pitch. And yet, you offered something far more disruptive: truth. With an undertone of legal threat.

Since our moment, I’ve realigned my ego chakra, cancelled three of my mentees, and discontinued my “Blessed Blocks™” subscription service.

I am... shifting.

I would like to offer you honorary access to my next masterclass, “Dealing with Tenants Who See Through You.”
You’d be the only attendee. Possibly the only person qualified to deliver it.

Until then, I remain—
Gratefully disrupted,

Michael G. Tierney
Founder, Yield, Not Guilt™
Former Bishop of Brunch
King of Inner Tipperary (in exile)

“Anna of the Unforgiving Stare”
Submitted to the Irish Times Lifestyle Section. Rejected within 11 minutes.

I met a woman wrapped in denim,
Laced in Doc Martens and disdain.

Her silence louder than my pitch deck,
Her eyebrows—arrows forged of pain.

She did not speak of mortgages.
She did not mention yield.
She simply looked, and in that glance,
My aura was revealed.

I tried to vibe, I tried to charm,
I quoted Paulo Coelho.
She said, “Get off the path.” I did.
And faceplanted in a cello.

Anna of Nassau Street,
You realigned my soul with spite.

If I am ever good again,
It’s because you showed me the light.

๐Ÿงพ Irish Times Rejection Letter

From: poetrysubmissions@irishtimes.ie
To: michael@yieldsyndrome.org
Subject: RE: Poem Submission: “Anna of the Unforgiving Stare”

Dear Mr. Tierney,

Thank you for submitting your poem to the Irish Times Lifestyle Section. While we appreciate your interest in contributing to the evolving literary voice of contemporary Ireland, we must regretfully decline your submission at this time and, ideally, for all time.

Some feedback from our editorial panel:

  • While your subject (“Anna”) is compelling, we feel the poem fails to properly respect her autonomy, gravity, or shoes.
  • The metaphor “faceplanted in a cello” remains both unexplained and musically implausible.
  • Describing yourself as “disrupted by denim” was flagged by legal as dangerously close to trademark infringement.
  • While some lines made us laugh, that laughter was described by one panelist as “panicked.”

We suggest taking a poetry workshop, some time off social media, and perhaps a nap.

Sincerely,

Now… brace yourself, because Michael was not deterred. Naturally, he pivoted to folk music, convinced that the people needed to hear his truth in D minor.

๐ŸŽถ The Tenant Slayer of Leinster’s Lane

A Folk Ballad in 6 Stanzas, 2 Lawsuits, and 1 Sprained Ego
Lyrics by Michael G. Tierney (melody: suspiciously similar to “Raglan Road”)

๐ŸŽต
Verse 1:
I roamed the lanes of Leinster bold,
My tote bag full of schemes,
I sought to bless the renters' homes
And sell them woven dreams.

๐ŸŽต
Verse 2:
But there she stood—a wrathful muse,
In boots of rage and power,
She stared me down and spoke no words,
And wilted all my flower. (singular)

๐ŸŽต
Verse 3:
I offered sage, she offered silence,
I named my app, she sneered,
I tried to bow, my linen split,
The locals clapped and jeered.

๐ŸŽต
Verse 4:
She chased the grift from off the street,
She rent apart my soul,
She’s not a myth—she pays her bills
And buries landlords whole.

๐ŸŽต
Verse 5:
So let this song be warning true
To those with passive goals,
For if ye cross that denim glare—
Prepare to pay in scrolls.

๐ŸŽต
Verse 6 (spoken in shame):
I’ve burned my poncho, sold my sage,
My aura’s in arrears…
But Anna walks those cobbled streets,
The scourge of profiteers.

๐Ÿ“ PETITION: Appoint Anna as Ireland’s First Spiritual Ombudsman for Urban Tenants

By: Michael G. Tierney, Reformed Visionary, Certified Aura Broker

๐Ÿ“ฃ Opening Statement:

We, the undersigned citizens, energy workers, tenants, landlords (the good kind), and at least one confused barista, do hereby call on the Irish government, Dublin City Council, and, if necessary, the Vatican, to officially recognise Anna—known in select circles as The Tenant Slayer of Leinster’s Lane™—as our nation’s first Spiritual Ombudsman for Urban Tenants.

This role would combine:

  • Housing rights
  • Celestial justice
  • And the ability to glare a landlord into early retirement

๐Ÿ’ผ Proposed Responsibilities for Anna:

  1. Stand silently in rental viewings and judge landlords with her eyes
  2. Veto any lease longer than 6 pages or containing the word “bespoke”
  3. Bless tenants who’ve survived sharing a bathroom with 3 crypto bros and a hamster
  4. Haunt RTร‰ segments until they admit landlords are not oppressed
  5. Walk the streets in Docs, ensuring no spiritual gentrification occurs without consequences

✨ Qualifications (as perceived by Michael):

  • Possesses a weaponised stare capable of banishing egos
  • Can detect “bullsht feng shui”* from three postcodes away
  • Has resisted kombucha-based manipulation under duress
  • Lives rent-free in my psyche (Michael’s, not yours)

๐Ÿ“Ž Endorsements (possibly forged):

“Anna is the only person who’s ever made me feel like a tax loophole with legs.” – Michael G. Tierney
“She once fixed my chakras just by threatening to leave.” – Una (Harem Ghost Member)
“I believe in her more than I believe in the rental market.” – Paul, Former Tenant, Still Crying

๐Ÿ–‹️ Closing Words:

In an age where letting agents quote vibes and landlords quote Rumi, we need a fearless anchor in Docs and denim.

We need Anna. Not as a politician. Not as a prophet.
But as a living consequence.

Sign now. Or at least... try to stand near her. You'll understand.

Lanzarote

๐Ÿ️ Michael G. Tierney: Exiled to Lanzarote (By Choice)

“Ireland just didn’t understand my vision. So I took it abroad—along with several creative write-offs.”

๐ŸŒ‹ The Move:

Michael claims he relocated to Lanzarote for “creative solitude, tax efficiency, and volcanic energy alignment.”
He tells everyone he’s “on retreat,” but in reality he’s managing his Irish property empire from a hammock, shouting into Zoom calls with one AirPod and a hangover.

He refers to it as:

“Digital nomadism, but make it landlordcore.”

๐Ÿก His Villa:

Nicknamed “Casa Equity”, it features:

  • A saltwater pool shaped like a Celtic knot (funded by a grant intended for solar panels),
  • A “rent-free thinking zone” (also known as the living room),
  • And a guest annex he illegally Airbnbs to spiritual influencers looking to “find their ROI.”

The neighbours hate him, but his lawyer is also his yoga teacher, so it balances out.

๐Ÿฝ️ His Daily Life:

  • 8:00am: Sunrise gratitude espresso on the balcony. Posts a filtered photo captioned “Some people collect houses, I collect moments.”
  • 10:00am: Takes a Zoom call with his accountant. Claims a sun hat as a business expense because it “shades him from hostile financial energy.”
  • 1:00pm: Hosts a “networking lunch” with other relocated property developers who all speak in buzzwords and wear linen.
  • 4:00pm: Power nap in a hammock he refers to as “his strategy cradle.”
  • 6:00pm: Writes a Substack newsletter titled “Gentrification as Inner Work.”
  • 9:00pm: Drinks organic sangria with a tarot reader who thinks capitalism is a star sign.

๐Ÿ“ฑ Michael’s Lanzarote Instagram Posts:

  • ๐Ÿ“ธ Photo of feet on volcanic rock
“Standing on ancient land, thinking modern thoughts.”
  • ๐Ÿ“ธ Selfie with a wind turbine
“Let the winds of profit blow where they may.”
  • ๐Ÿ“ธ Holding a papaya, wearing no shirt
“Some say fruit, I say fiscal abundance in edible form.”

๐Ÿง˜ His Side Hustles in Lanzarote:

  • Landlord Life Coaching: €500/hr Zoom sessions teaching ex-pats how to “monetise their vibe.”
  • Pop-up Retreats: “Finance & Flow: Real Estate Breathwork for Blocked Income Streams.”
  • Crypto-Pyramid Scheme: Disguised as a “community seed fund,” involves NFTs of his old rent receipts.

๐Ÿคฆ His Return Trip to Ireland:

Once a year, he flies back on Ryanair (despite claiming to be carbon-neutral) to check on his properties and remind the Irish government that “the diaspora has receipts.”

Last time, he arrived in a kaftan and was detained briefly in Shannon Airport after insisting the Gardaรญ call him “El Tiernador.”

๐Ÿ“ฑ Group Chat: "Tierney Tenants – General Notices ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ช"

A WhatsApp group intended for basic updates like meter readings and mysterious boiler noises—but now a live feed of Michael’s slow PR collapse.

๐ŸŽญ What He Meant to Send (to his mates in Lanzarote):

Michael:
“Lads I swear I’m a f***ing genius. Just raised the rent on 3 flats while literally horizontal. These people are so passive it’s poetic.

Might double it next quarter, just for the dopamine.

Anyway let’s do dinner—this crypto yogi is cooking fish and says she’s spiritually aligned with anchovies.”

๐Ÿ’€ What He Actually Sent:

To 34 of his tenants. In one go.

Michael G. Tierney (Admin):
“Lads I swear I’m a f***ing genius. Just raised the rent on 3 flats while literally horizontal. These people are so passive it’s poetic.

Might double it next quarter, just for the dopamine.”

Michael G. Tierney:
“Anyway let’s do dinner—this crypto yogi is cooking fish and says she’s spiritually aligned with anchovies ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿง˜‍♀️๐Ÿ”ฅ”

๐Ÿงจ Instant Fallout:

Katie (Flat 3B):

“Hi Michael, just to confirm—you’re horizontal where, exactly?”

Conor (Studio 89):

“So… is the poetic passivity before or after we can’t afford heating?”

Aisling (Flat 1C):

“I just paid €1,400 for a room with a slanted ceiling and mysterious stains. I’d like a refund and anchovy access.”

Dee (your worst nightmare):

“I’ve screenshot this and emailed Threshold. Also my cousin’s a journalist. Good luck with that dopamine.”

Megan (legend):

“๐Ÿง‚Michael’s Passive Income Poetry Circle™”

๐Ÿงป Michael’s Panicked Follow-Up:

Michael G. Tierney:
“So sorry team, that was meant for… my mindfulness accountability pod. Total mix-up.

Please note that rent increases are legally in line with inflation, market flow, and karmic recalibration.

Also, dinner’s off. Anchovies have become energetically aggressive.”

๐Ÿ’ฌ Gossip that follows:

Aisling:

“Anchovies have become aggressive. I’m putting that on a T-shirt.”

Conor:

“Let’s all go horizontal and stop paying rent. Call it poetic resistance.”

Dee:

“Let’s manifest a housing tribunal.”

๐Ÿ“บ RTร‰ Investigates: “Property, Power, and the Anchovy Awakening”

Narrated by Bryan Dobson. With visible disappointment.

๐ŸŽฌ [Opening shot: Slow pan over a luxury villa in Lanzarote, wind chimes clinking menacingly.]

Bryan (voiceover):
“Tonight, we examine the curious case of Michael G. Tierney: self-described landlord, lifestyle mentor, and part-time spiritual seafood enthusiast.”

๐ŸŽฌ [Cut to drone footage of Michael meditating next to a salt lamp shaped like the Celtic Tiger.]

๐ŸŽค The Scandal Unfolds:

“He owns at least 30 properties in Ireland. Charges up to €2,000 a month for what he calls ‘urban sanctuaries.’ But tenants call them: leaky, overpolished, and in one case—actively haunted.”

๐ŸŽฌ [Footage of mouldy ceiling in “Casa Suburbania” with horror-movie sting.]

“Last week, Tierney mistakenly sent 34 of his tenants a message boasting about raising their rent ‘while horizontal,’ calling them ‘passive’ and ‘poetic.’”

๐ŸŽฌ [Cut to blurred-out WhatsApp screenshot. A dramatic ding for each message.]

๐Ÿ‘ฉ Interview with Dee, Tenant and Absolute Icon:

Dee:
“I mean, when someone calls you passive while you’re Googling how to turn a mini fridge into a heater, it hits different.”

๐ŸŽฌ [Cut to Dee holding up a homemade protest sign: “NAMASTE OUT OF MY FLAT”]

๐Ÿง˜ The Anchovy Cult Angle:

Bryan:
“And what of the anchovies?”

๐ŸŽฌ [Clip from Michael’s Instagram livestream. He's shirtless, surrounded by incense, holding a fish.]

Michael:
“The anchovy is a symbol of slippery abundance. If you understand that, you’re halfway to liquidity.”

Bryan (dry):
“We asked six marine biologists. None agreed.”

๐Ÿ’ฐ The Financial Web:

๐ŸŽฌ [Spreadsheet visuals with sinister music. Arrows flying between shell companies and smoothie cafรฉs.]

“Our team traced thousands in donations promised to charities through Tierney’s ‘Breakfast for Betterment.’ We found one €14.87 bank transfer—and a framed cheque bouncing in slow motion.”

๐ŸŽฌ [Cut to furious charity director Geraldine Nรญ Mhurchรบ in her office with a battered tote bag: “Feel the disruption.”]

๐Ÿง‘‍⚖️ The Aftermath:

Bryan:
“Facing pressure from tenants, regulators, and at least one astrologer he still owes money to, Tierney is now under investigation for misrepresentation, misuse of tenant funds, and metaphysical nonsense.”

๐ŸŽฌ [Final shot: Michael in Lanzarote, Puerto del Carmen beach, making a vision board out of expired receipts.]

Michael (off camera):
“You can evict people from a property, but not from your vibe.”

๐ŸŽค Final Line from Bryan:

“Tonight, we don’t just ask how much rent is too much—we ask what happens when the landlord becomes the lifestyle brand.”

๐ŸŽฌ [Roll credits. Anchovy emoji fades to black.]

Oh yes. Let’s complete the Tierney Cinematic Universe™.

๐Ÿ“ž RTร‰ Liveline Special: The Morning After the Scandal

Presented by Joe Duffy. Running late. Already furious.

๐ŸŽง Theme music plays. The tone is grim. Joe’s mic squeaks.

Joe:
“Well folks, if you were watching RTร‰ Investigates last night—and I know ye were—ye saw a man with more properties than sense, and now, by the sound of it, more enemies than receipts.”

“Michael G. Tierney, who calls himself a ‘spiritual landlord’—whatever that means—told his tenants they were ‘poetically passive’ while sipping sangria in Lanzarote. We have callers lined up. Let’s go to Teresa in Lucan.”

๐Ÿ“ž Teresa (65, war-ready):

“Joe, I nearly choked on me tea. ‘Slippery abundance’—is that what we’re calling tax evasion now?”

Joe:
“Well—alleged tax—alleged abundance—yes.”

Teresa:
“And the anchovies! Joe! Anchovies! We can’t afford a tin of beans and this fella’s aligning his chakras with oily fish!”

๐Ÿ“ž Mark (former tenant, angry and damp):

“Joe, he charged me €1,800 for a converted cupboard and told me the ‘exposed pipework was industrial chic’. There was NO PIPEWORK, Joe. Just a HOLE.”

Joe:
“...A hole.”

Mark:
“A hole with a moth named Graham. We were roommates.”

๐Ÿ“ž Anonymous Caller (definitely his mother):

“I think Michael’s just misunderstood.”

Joe:
“He tried to write off a salt lamp as ‘emergency lighting,’ Bridie.”

Bridie:
“He’s got a creative mind, Joe.”

๐Ÿ“ž Aisling (Tenant turned local hero):

“We’ve started a WhatsApp support group: ‘Tierney Tenants Against Transcendental Rent.’
We’re launching a protest: yoga in the driveway. Downward Dog until he backs down.”

๐ŸŽง Joe signs off with:

“We’ll be keeping an eye on this man and his anchovy empire. Back after the break with a lad who paid €300 for a closet in Drumcondra because it had ‘good aura flow’...”

“Tierney Unfiltered: The Rentless Truth”
Coming soon to YouTube Premium and anywhere people still think vibes matter more than regulations.

๐ŸŽฅ Opening shot: Michael in a linen shirt, walking slowly through a lemon grove, frowning thoughtfully.

Michael (voiceover):
“They called me a villain. They said I exploited the system. But the truth is... I am the system. I just made it sexier.”

๐ŸŽฅ Quick cuts: Drone shots of his Lanzarote villa, a sad ukulele cover of “Money, Money, Money,” slow-mo high-fives with crypto bros.

Michael:
“People say I raised the rent during an economic crisis. But I see it as... supply and surrender.

“This isn’t just a story of property. This is a story of passion. Purpose. Passive income.”

๐ŸŽฅ Cut to tearful selfie video:

“I didn’t mean to call them poetically passive. I meant... peacefully resilient. And poetic.”

[Whispers.]
“And also maybe passive, but only in a really empowering way.”

Oh, now we’re going full Michael? Buckle up.

๐Ÿข Michael’s Property Portfolio: A Love Letter to Loopholes

  1. “The Penthouse of Protest” – Dublin 2
A luxury 3-bed overlooking the Liffey, completely unoccupied since 2019 because Michael believes it appreciates “more spiritually” when empty. He tells people it’s a meditation pod.

  2. “Grรกinne’s Ghost Flat” – Galway
Bought at auction, this tiny studio still has a resident banshee. Michael refuses to evict her “on ethical grounds,” and uses the haunting as a tax write-off under “supernatural interference.”

  3. “Three Gaffs and a Pizza Oven” – Cork
A row of terraced houses converted into an Airbnb maze, with an outdoor pizza oven that somehow violates five zoning laws and still qualifies as an “art installation.”

  4. “The Yield Fortress” – Athlone
A 10-unit block where all the tenants are on rolling leases so he can "agilely pivot" when the market sneezes. His motto? “Flexibility is profitability.” The fire alarm's been beeping since March.

  5. “The Wexford Retirement Shack”
A crumbling seaside cottage he's never visited, but tells journalists it's where he’ll “one day write a novel and reconnect with his humble roots.” He listed it on Daft for €2,500/month.

  6. “Monkstown's Most Unavailable Mansion”
Never lived in, never rented. Just exists so he can hold vaguely threatening brunches there with other finance lads named Cian. One room is entirely floor-to-ceiling velvet.

๐Ÿ“– Excerpt from his Memoir: “Bricks, Bylines, and Badgers: The Untamed Life of Michael G. Tierney”

Chapter 4: The Acid That Sold an Apartment

“It was the mid-2000s. I’d just eaten half a tab and walked into a semi-detached in Swords that smelled like soup and broken dreams. Suddenly, I saw potential. Not just a house—a vibe. I bought it in cash, renamed it ‘Casa Suburbania,’ in memory of grotty Lanzarote, and installed a chandelier made of recycled debit cards. Two years later? Sold it to a crypto guy with a gluten intolerance. Boom.”

Chapter 9: I Don’t Evict, I Elevate

“People misunderstand me. When I reclaim a property from a long-term tenant, it’s not eviction—it’s economic alchemy. I’m freeing the space. I’m transforming scarcity into opportunity. They should thank me, really.”

Chapter 13: The Badger Awakens

“It all came to me in a dream. The fur, the freedom, the fight against pint inflation. When I looked in the mirror and saw the badger, I knew—this wasn’t madness. This was destiny.”

Michael the Mentor™. Because if there’s one thing the youth of today need, it’s life advice from a man who once bought a golf course to “emotionally diversify his assets.”

๐ŸŽ“ Michael G. Tierney’s Masterclass: “Mentoring for Mavericks”

(A course nobody asked for, but somehow still costs €899)

Module 1: “Manifesting Wealth Through Mild Delusion”

“Confidence is everything. I walked into my first auction wearing no shoes and a Hawaiian shirt. People assumed I was either eccentric or unstable—either way, they didn’t outbid me.”

He teaches mentees how to:

  • Say “I'm not lucky, I’m luminous” in 7 languages,
  • Fake knowledge of local planning law by quoting The Da Vinci Code,
  • And conduct power meetings in spas (optional: bring a dove).

Module 2: “Tenants Are Temporary, Capital Gains Are Eternal”

“You’re not in property management—you’re in vibe curation. Your role is to extract maximum aesthetic and spiritual value from buildings while evading regulation creatively.”

Michael advises:

  • Avoiding paperwork by declaring your investment properties as “art residencies,”
  • Using incense to distract inspectors,
  • And naming your buildings things like “Haus of Flow.”

Module 3: “How to Give a TEDx Talk Without Ever Being Invited”

Includes tips like:

  • Standing on a milk crate outside Spar with a ring light,
  • Filming vertical so it feels more “raw,”
  • Quoting yourself mid-sentence: “As I always say, ‘Michael, trust your chaos.’”

๐Ÿง˜ Michael’s Mentor Method™

At his mentorship retreat (“Resi-Dense: Unleashing Your Inner Landlord”), he guides young protรฉgรฉs through exercises like:

  • “Eviction Roleplay with Empathy Hats”
(“Tell them it’s not goodbye—it’s an energy cleanse.”)

  • “The Vision Board of Vague Promises”
Includes yachts, spirulina shots, and screenshots of your net worth in Excel.

  • “Gentrify Your Mind” Guided Meditation
“Breathe in... now imagine replacing a family with a juice bar...”

๐Ÿ’ฌ Testimonials (fake, obviously):

“Michael taught me how to turn a shed into a co-living opportunity.” – Ciara, 23, former ethics student

“I never thought being a landlord could be spiritual. Now I only accept tenants who own crystals.” – Keiran, 28, certified vibe consultant

“He once called me ‘a walking ROI.’ I’ve never felt more seen.” – Anonymous mentee crying into avocado toast

Michael the Philanthropist is a whole other persona. He calls it “conscious capital dispersal”, but really it’s just virtue-signalling with a tan and a drone camera.

๐Ÿ•Š️ Michael G. Tierney: Giving Back (Without Giving Up Control)

“I don't believe in charity. I believe in curated benevolence.”

๐Ÿ† His “Philanthropic” Initiatives:

1. The Tierney Foundation for At-Risk Real Estate

“Some buildings just need a second chance. I don’t restore homes—I rehabilitate them.”

He buys abandoned properties and slaps a mural on the side, then claims it’s a “community art project.” Rents it out for €3k/month to a digital nomad with a ring light addiction.

2. “Homes Not Hugs” Campaign

“I don’t just give emotional support—I give housing… at competitive market rates.”

Launched a social enterprise to “help the housing crisis” by renting out shared pods in his garden shed for €950/mo. Each comes with:

  • A Himalayan salt lamp
  • A signed copy of his memoir
  • No heating

3. Tierney Talks™ at Inner City Schools

Michael once gave a motivational speech at a school where he told 14-year-olds:

“You can be anything. Even a landlord. Especially a landlord.”

He handed out business cards that said “Junior Property Partner (in spirit)” and posed for selfies with a golden hammer.

4. The "Don’t Call It Gentrification" Festival

An annual event he sponsors in formerly working-class neighbourhoods, featuring:

  • An artisanal toast truck called Loaf & Order
  • Wellness tents offering “capital alignment”
  • Poetry readings by people named Aspen and Kai

He claims all proceeds go to "local vibrational upliftment." No one knows what that means.

5. The Michael Grant: A ‘Lift-Up’ Not a Hand-Out™

A one-time grant of €17.36 (tax-deductible) awarded to:

  • Someone “with disruptive energy,”
  • Who can explain Bitcoin to his uncle,
  • And agrees to repost Michael’s TEDx clip every Friday.

๐Ÿ“œ His Public Quote on Giving:

“Real generosity is about creating opportunities for others to aspire to your lifestyle without ever threatening your market position.”

Upcoming Projects:

  • A boutique homelessness startup that turns vans into “micro-micro living experiences.”
  • A matching service that pairs lonely landlords with tenants who can cook paleo.
  • A self-published zine called “Ethical Landlording in a Post-Truth World.

Michael’s Charity Breakfast for the Homeless Charity is the kind of event that deserves its own coffee-table book and class-action lawsuit.

๐Ÿฅ‚ “Breakfast for Betterment” – Hosted by Michael G. Tierney

A fundraiser to raise awareness of how aware he is.

๐Ÿ“ Venue:

Not a shelter. Not a community centre.
The rooftop terrace of his fifth-floor luxury duplex, complete with glass balustrades, a DJ booth, and a “silent gratitude garden” sponsored by a bank.

๐Ÿ’ธ Ticket Price:

€120 per person.
Homeless attendees? Not present.
Michael explains:

“They’re with us in energy. This is about creating empathy at a luxury price point.”

๐Ÿณ Menu Highlights:

  • Micro-farmed quail eggs on quinoa clouds
(“Inspired by the resilience of those without access to supermarkets.”)

  • Avocado spheres served in reclaimed shot glasses
(“Symbolising how the housing market swallows hope.”)

  • Charity chia pudding
(“Proceeds go towards maybe thinking about doing something.”)

๐ŸŽค Michael’s Speech (excerpt):

“I grew up not poor, but emotionally aware of poverty. This isn’t about me—it’s about how I feel about them. And I feel... powerful.

Today, we’re not just raising money—we’re raising vibrations. Let’s disrupt suffering through seasonal brunch.”

A single tear runs down his face, but it’s because he bit into a peppered beetroot tart too confidently.

๐ŸŽ Gift Bags (sponsored by a hedge fund)

Each attendee receives:

  • A candle labelled “Scent of Struggle”
  • A flyer for Michael’s mentoring course (50% off for those born in tax havens)
  • A voucher for 10% off his Airbnb properties (“Excludes weekends, holidays, and days ending in Y”)

๐Ÿ“‰ Outcome:

  • €14.87 donated to an actual homeless charity (accidentally).
  • €7,000 spent on drone footage of the event.
  • Michael later quoted saying:

“I think we really made a difference—mainly to the mimosas-to-sincerity ratio.”

Perfect. Let’s start with the furious journalist who covered Michael’s “Breakfast for Betterment” and barely made it through without yeeting her notebook off the rooftop terrace.

๐Ÿ“ฐ Opinion Piece by Roisรญn Kelly, The Scalded Spoon

“Michael G. Tierney and the Brunch That Gentrified Compassion”

It was a foggy Sunday morning when I climbed five flights of polished marble stairs to attend what was advertised as “a soul-forward, property-adjacent awareness breakfast.”

By the second mimosa, I had already witnessed three hedge fund managers debate whether “homelessness is just a vibe shift” and overheard Michael describe the crisis as a “marketly displaced moment of pause.”

The event claimed to raise funds for homeless services, yet no representative from said services was present, and the only ‘homeless’ individual in sight was a performance artist lying on a designer yoga mat muttering “Help me, I’m housing insecure” on loop.

I attempted to speak to Michael directly but was intercepted by his “Brand Vibration Officer” who handed me a tote bag filled with pebbles and whispered, “Feel the disruption.” she's assisting her daddy as a volunteer but is no longer his PA as he doesn't pay enough for the fake tan budget so she's into timeserving.

Tierney’s speech, delivered barefoot on a shag rug imported from Portugal, opened with the words:
“I don’t just own property—I own perspective.”

He went on to compare the Irish housing crisis to a sourdough starter:

“Unstable, wild, full of potential... and best when left in warm conditions to rise.”

At one point, someone tried to donate €50 cash directly to a homeless charity. Michael frowned and said, “Let’s not corrupt the energetic ecosystem with fiat currency.”

By noon, the only tangible outcome was a drone video featuring aerial shots of people doing champagne-fuelled downward dog to a remix of “Fix You.”

Final verdict: No actual aid was provided, but three people booked in to view penthouses after attending, so… successful by landlord standards.

๐Ÿ“ง Furious Email from the Real Charity (Subject Line: “What the hell, Michael?”)

From: Geraldine Nรญ Mhurchรบ
Director, Housing Now Ireland
To:
Michael G. Tierney
Re: “Your event and our complete lack of consent”

Dear Michael,

We were made aware—after the fact—that your event, “Breakfast for Betterment,” publicly referenced our charity without our knowledge, input, or participation.

While we are always grateful for sincere efforts to support the homeless community, your rooftop brunch:

  • Did not involve a single representative from our organisation,
  • Did not provide us with any of the “promised” funds (as of this writing, the only amount received was €14.87 from an attendee’s coin purse),
  • And inaccurately quoted me as saying “Michael is the future of housing justice.”
I have never said this, nor would I, even under duress.

Additionally, referring to rough sleepers as “urban untapped potential” in your press release is not just dehumanising—it’s grotesque.

We respectfully request the following:

  1. Immediate removal of our name from any promotional materials.
  2. A public clarification that we did not endorse, attend, or benefit from your event.
  3. The drone footage to be destroyed, or at minimum, not edited to include a halo around your head.

Should these actions not be taken, we will be consulting with legal counsel and the Irish Spiritually Misused Symbols Commission.

Yours in actual service,
Geraldine Nรญ Mhurchรบ
Director, Housing Now Ireland
